Accessibility Rooted in
Lived Experience
Five Stripe Solutions helps organizations create more accessible spaces, events, workplaces, and experiences through consulting, training, speaking, and disability inclusion education.
Founded by photographer, advocate, and public speaker Elizabeth Rajchart, the company combines professional expertise with firsthand experience navigating disability, accommodations, advocacy, and accessibility.
Turning Accessibility Goals Into Practical Action
Five Stripe Solutions was created to help organizations approach accessibility with greater clarity, confidence, and understanding. Accessibility is not simply a checklist or a compliance requirement. It influences how people experience events, workplaces, public spaces, communication, emergency planning, and community life.
Through practical guidance and disability-centered education, Five Stripe Solutions helps organizations recognize barriers, prioritize improvements, and create experiences where disabled people can participate more fully.
Every accessibility journey starts somewhere.
Let's take the next step together.
The Experience Behind Five Stripe Solutions
Elizabeth Rajchart is a photographer, disability advocate, activist, and public speaker whose career has been shaped by creativity, self-advocacy, and lived experience.
Her work has included adaptive fashion, athletics, professional dance, theater, major tours, international awards events, and disability-focused media. As an educator and speaker, Elizabeth has addressed audiences ranging from students and educators to police departments, parent groups, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
More Than Expertise. A Perspective Shaped by Experience.
Elizabeth has lived with disability since childhood. She first learned to advocate for herself while navigating school as a gifted disabled student and later relied on those same skills to continue building a career as a photographer from her wheelchair.
That experience shapes the way Five Stripe Solutions approaches accessibility. Elizabeth understands that barriers are not always obvious, that accommodations are deeply personal, and that meaningful inclusion requires listening to disabled people.
Her work is grounded in honesty, practicality, and the belief that accessibility should support real participation rather than simply meet minimum expectations.
A Career Built Around
Storytelling and Representation
As a professional photographer, Elizabeth has documented adaptive fashion, athletics, dance, theater, live performances, and major events. Her work has appeared in photography publications, disability-focused media, performance marketing, and international campaigns for adaptive products and mobility aids.
Her photography has given her a unique perspective on representation, access, visibility, and the importance of showing disabled people as active participants in culture, creativity, work, and public life.
What Guides Our Work
Lived Experience
Disabled people should be included in conversations and decisions that affect their lives.
Practical Solutions
Recommendations should be realistic, actionable, and tailored to the organization.
Meaningful Participation
Accessibility should help people fully participate, not simply meet a minimum requirement.
Progress Over Perfection
Organizations do not need to have every answer before they begin. They need a willingness to listen, learn, and take action.
